Counseling Rates

  • $175 per Intake Appointment
  • $150 per 60-minute session
  • $125 per 45-minute session

Insurance

Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover services in whole or part. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for payment.

Cancellation Policy

CT Watts & Associates accepts cancellations 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be billed as missed appointments at $55.00/hour.
